DESCRIPTION:RONKER is not the first state-of-the-art speednoise band to ever exist\, but they are the first ones to coin the term. Formed in 2020 in the heart of the swamplands of Belgium the band comes naturally weathered and screaming bloody murder. RONKER’s music can be described as a mix between Danzig-era Misfits and Helmet\, equally influenced by the earliest of hardcore-punk and 90’s alternative guitar music. Since its inception RONKER can mainly be found on the road. Carving out an audience in the most old-school fashion: by playing live. Always visceral\, urgent and frantic\, RONKER is prime example of being staunchly committed to rock and roll athleticism. Throwing shapes and taking names. The band was complimented on injecting a much needed boost of speed into the Belgian music scene. Although RONKER likes to profile themselves as pleasant rascals with big hearts full of love\, they are not really known for being the happiest kids in school. Now the time has come to bring that anger to the stages again and burn down the expectations with a new batch of big speed-noise songs. Always suffering\, forever nervous. Respect the hustle. De kombinerer den rå intensitet fra 90’ernes grunge med den detaljerede kunstneriske tilgang fra 70’ernes progressive rock\, og leverer en lyd\, der er lige så dristig\, som den er dragende. Deres debutalbum lover at transportere lytteren til et sonisk univers drevet af tårnhøje guitarriffs\, tordnende trommeslag og harmonier\, der udstråler ambition og kraft.
