About Skøjtebanen

Practical information

The ice-skating rink is free to use – except during bookings.

The floodlights are on until 11 pm.

The ice-skating rink can be closed in periods of bad weather. It is also closed while the staff is working on the ice (typically in the early morning and at 2.15 pm on weekends and holidays).

Using the ice-skating rink is at your own responsibility!

The ice-skating rink measures 35 x 40 metres and has more than 45,000 guests each season. The course is a hit among the area’s institutions, who use it extensively throughout the season.

The top corner of the course, closest to the audience, is reserved for the smallest skaters. Please take care and skate respectfully!

If the ice-skating rink is very crowded, it may only be used by people wearing ice skates.

It is forbidden to take bottles onto the ice-skating rink.

We always recommend using a helmet.

Book the ice-skating rink
