The Optimists – art with hope and joy of life

Step into a universe of stubbornness, hope and pure joy of life when the artist group The Optimists invites you inside for a diverse art exhibition.

Seven female artists present works in painting, ceramics, silver, wicker, sculpture and poetry. Although the artists work in widely different materials and each with their own personal expression, the exhibition is bound together by a strong common interest in human relationships, everyday life and the blessings of nature.

In the works we encounter both joy and sorrow, vulnerability and strength. The artists bravely tackle life's challenges – but without losing sight of hope, presence and the moments that give life meaning.

The Optimists consist of Lene Netterstrøm, Sine Jakobsen, Gitte Reid Wind, Ene Langmack, Helen Laustsen, Birgit Sørensen and Annie Glistrup.

As part of the exhibition, KunstPunkt continues its focus on YOUNG ART, where three young people from FFKK will present their works. This will provide an opportunity to experience both experienced and new artistic voices under the same roof.
