Fall holiday activity: Make your own coat of arms

Bring the whole family for a cozy and creative experience at Sonderborg Castle.  

In the beautiful Queen Dorothea Chapel, you can see three beautiful coats of arms from Duke Hans the Younger and his two wives.

Coats of arms tell something about who they were, and therefore your coat of arms should also tell something about you.

When you participate, you will receive a brief introduction to the coats of arms and some inspiration to paint your own coat of arms, which can be hung at home – just like the Duke and Duchesses.

The activity is Monday-Friday in week 42 from 10 am to 14 pm.

Just show up – the sooner, the more time you have.

It costs 50 DKK per person to participate in the activity plus entrance to the museum.

Children and young people under 18 have free admission.

Adults only have to pay for the activity if they use the materials for their own creations. If you are just helping the children, you only have to pay admission.
