Closing concert for Organ Festival 2026 with Ilona Lobmayer

Christianskirken invites you to an organ concert with our own organist, Ilona Lobmayer, as part of the Organ Festival Sonderborg and Surrounding Areas 2026.

You can experience a varied program of music by some of the great composers of organ literature. The concert features works by Dietrich Buxtehude, Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Liszt, Gabriel Fauré and Tibor Pikethy, which together span several centuries of organ music.

Ilona Lobmayer is organist at Christianskirken and leads the audience through a concert program where both the Baroque tradition, Romanticism and the 20th century sound world are represented.

The concert is part of the Organ Festival Sonderborg and Surroundings, which in September brings together a series of concerts with Danish and international organists in the area's churches.
